- 6 thick-cut bone-in pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 packet dried ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter
- 10 pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
- Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops on both sides in batches, adding more olive oil as needed.
- Place seared pork chops in an 8-quart slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix and ranch seasoning evenly over the pork chops.
- Add the stick of salted butter on top of the pork chops, followed by the pepperoncini peppers. Do not stir.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 ½ to 3 ½ hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Serve with the flavorful juices from the slow cooker.
