Instructions
- Prepare the Jar:
- In a large jar (16–20 oz), add the miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and garlic powder. Mix well to create a flavor base.
- Layer the Ingredients:
- Add the cooked noodles to the jar, followed by shredded carrots, sliced mushrooms, chopped green onions, spinach leaves, and any optional proteins (tofu, chicken, or shrimp).
- Store or Serve:
- Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate if preparing ahead. The soup base and ingredients can stay fresh for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
- To Serve:
- Add hot water (approximately 1 cup) to the jar until it covers the ingredients. Stir well to dissolve the miso paste and mix the flavors. Let sit for 2–3 minutes, allowing the vegetables to soften and the soup to warm up.
