Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken:
- Combine 1 tablespoon soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Marinate chicken strips for at least 15 minutes.
2. Prepare Vegetables:
- Slice red bell pepper, chop broccoli into florets, and julienne optional vegetables (carrot, snap peas).
- Mince garlic and ginger.
3. Heat Oil:
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until shimmering.
4. Cook Aromatics:

5. Cook Chicken:
